Jagadguru Kripaluji Maharaj's Prem Mandir Inauguration in Vrindavan

World-renowned organization Jagadguru Kripalu Parishat (JKP) was established by the kind mercy of Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj. JKP is known for its humanitarian services. There is no discrimination of sect, cast, religion or group for any of its offerings. JKP has established free schools and colleges in rural areas. JKP has also established free hospitals in Vrindavan, Barsana and Mangarh, which are inhabited with sanyasis and sadhus. These people depend on no shelter other than God. JKP also helps with food and clothes to the ashrams of orphans and widows. The organization is building temples and centers of spirituality in many parts of India. These centers propagate the universal philosophy of divine love as per the discourses of Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj. In general, JKP’s mission is to promote physical, educational and spiritual development of human beings.

Jagadguru Kripaluji Maharaj's Prem Mandir Inauguration in Vrindavan

The founder of JKP, Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj is the fifth original Jagadguru. He is the greatest contemporary proponent of selfless devotion. By His kind Grace, a gorgeous temple Prem Mandir has been built in the heart of Vrindavan. The inauguration of this astounding temple will take place on February 15, 16 & 17 this year. Spectators from all over the world are visiting Vrindavan to be a part of this historical event.

They will get triple remarkable opportunities on this occasion: 1. Vibrations in the divine Vrindavan 2. Experience of sanctity and beauty of world-famous Prem Mandir, 3. Darshan of Shri Maharaj Ji, who is the greatest saint and scholar of this era.

Besides that, the atmosphere of Vrindavan will be extremely vibrant and joyous. The spiritual environment will come alive with the presence of thousands of saints and devotees, pronunciation of Mantras from day to night, 24 hour keertan and enthusiasm of the followers of Jagadguru Shri Kripaluji Maharaj. History will be written!

Prem Mandir’s architecture is based on the book “Shilp-Ratnakar”, written by Vishwa Karma. The distinctively beautiful temple is made of white Italian marble. This marble is famous in the world for its utter whiteness and shine. The Mandir covers 54 acre land with the colorful fragrant gardens, exclusive fountains, and glimpses of pastimes of Shri Radha Krishna. The huge and high shiny white temple with beautiful kalash (Pitchers) on all the 94 artistically designed pillars and an ecstatically fluttering flag besides it Golden top, attracts the mind of tourists. The total height of this temple is 125 feet. It is now the greatest attraction of entire Braj.

Anyone can be stunned with the outer beauty with 80 panels on outside wall around the temple. The gardens and fountains of Prem Mandir enhance this outer view. It is first temple in the world, where many pastimes written in Bhagvat Maha Puran are illustrated on the wall.

The inside view of the temple drowns the spectator in sentiments of devotion. The huge idols of Shri Radha Krishna are situated in the center of ground floor. They look as if they will come alive! The inside walls are beautified with the engraved paintings of Shri Radha Krishna and glimpses of group Keertan and lectures of Shri Maharaj Ji. The beauty and art of tomb type roof cannot be described in words.

The first floor is glorified with the idols of Shri Sita Ram. Towards the south side of this floor the scenes of the pastimes of Gaurang Mahaprabhu are engraved with multi color stones and towards the north side the pictures of all the 4 previous Jagadgurus and great rasik saints like Jeev Goswami, Haridas Ji, Hit Harivansh Ji and Vallabhacharya Ji are engraved beautifully. Besides that the beautiful bhajans, rasia, and couplets are inscribed on the walls.

This temple is unique in the world due to its style and architecture. The most remarkable feature of this temple is the atmosphere, which reminds of the nectar of Shri Radha Krishna`s divine love. It just thrills the visitors.

Foundation stone of Prem Mandir, which is constructed purely according to the Vedic principles, was laid by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj on January 14, 2001. Now revealing the secrets of Bhakti, Bhagwan and Bhakt, it is going to be inaugurated on Feb 15-17 with great festivity. At least 50,000 devotees are expected to be there.
